Thank you for visiting and shopping at Desired Accessories By Cinsonya.

All packages are shipped from Jacksonville, Florida.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed beginning the following Monday, excluding holidays.

During severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control, processing or carrier delivery times may be delayed. When appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate known delays to our customers.

Please note: Desired Accessories By Cinsonya is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, severe or inclement weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Available shipping methods, shipping rates, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Carrier delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped and are not guaranteed by Desired Accessories By Cinsonya.

FREE SHIPPING

Free Regular Shipping is available on qualifying orders of $39 or more.

Free Priority Mail Shipping is available on qualifying orders of $49 or more.

Available shipping options and any applicable free-shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Desired Accessories By Cinsonya currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your package has been accepted by USPS. 

 

Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment using the tracking information provided.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package or merchandise appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible at DesiredAccessoriesCareTeam@outlook.com. Please include your name, order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item and packaging when available.

Depending on the circumstances, a claim with USPS may be required. We will provide information or assistance regarding the appropriate next steps when applicable. Please retain the original packaging and damaged merchandise while the issue is being reviewed.

For merchandise that arrives damaged or defective for reasons unrelated to carrier handling, please refer to our Refunds & Return Policy.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We make reasonable efforts to identify address issues before shipment. If we are unable to verify an address, we may contact you for additional information.

If we are unable to obtain a valid shipping address before shipment, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Desired Accessories By Cinsonya is not responsible for packages that cannot be recovered because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer.

MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

If USPS tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible at DesiredAccessoriesCareTeam@outlook.com.

We may assist with reviewing the tracking information and determining whether a carrier inquiry or claim should be submitted. Depending on the circumstances, the customer may also be required to contact USPS directly or provide additional information needed for a carrier investigation.

Desired Accessories By Cinsonya is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after USPS confirms delivery to the shipping address provided with the order.
