Do you offer same-day delivery?

  • Same Day delivery is currently unavailable. 

When will I receive my tracking information?

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 business hours from receipt of email. You will be able to track your package via the USPS website at: https://www.usps.com.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us via Chat or Email at:

Our fulfillment team works diligently to complete orders quickly once they’ve been placed to ensure you receive your Desired Accessories as quick as possible. We cannot always guarantee changes or cancellations can be processed once an order is submitted, though we will do our best to assist you in any way we can.

My package is lost, Can I get a refund?
