REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
REFUND ELIGIBILITY:
We will issue a refund if we put the incorrect address on your package that doesn’t match the address provided “or” if USPS delivered package to the wrong address instead of your given address. A refund will be issued.

Before a refund or return can be provided, you must send an email to our Customer Care Team: DesiredAccessoriesCareTeam@outlook.com within 3 days of parcel delivery "no exceptions". Describe your issue, and include your name, order number and order date. You will be contacted within 24-48hrs.

REFUND INELIGIBILITY:
We will not issue a refund if:
1-The shipping address provided is not clear or wrong
2-Package was left at door and someone stole it.
3-Package signed by someone you don’t know which means maliciously stolen. No Refund will be issued!

Returns:
We will accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. After inspection of the return, we will refund the order amount minus the shipping fee or you may exchange for the same or similar item returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Due to Product Damaged:
In the event that your order arrives and the product is damaged/has a defect in any way (other than due to shipment), please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
